Spin & Sculpt – Kristi

This 45 minute class consists of intervals of spin to get a quick but intense cardiovascular workout in combination with strength training. This is an endurance-building workout that also focuses on toning and tightening your major muscle groups. Sculpt is less about speeding through the reps and more about slowing it down and controlling your movements. Extra focus is given to your form and being able to complete each rep successfully.
