Spin/Strength/Stretch -Ellen

This 45 minutes workout combines a 20 minute spinning ride followed by 15-20 minutes strength training for upper/lower body and core exercises. The class finishes with a 5-10 minutes stretch. This class is aimed at improving muscular strength & endurance.
