An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Wednesday, happening 5 times

This 45-minute class combines spinning on one of our “Spinner” brand stationary bikes and strength using free weights, resistance bands, and medicine balls. We will transition on and off our bikes to target specific muscle groups for that extra burn! All this set to fun, upbeat music to keep you motivated!
