The personal and group training offered at AFC are for those who are in need of instruction, just starting their fitness journey, or hitting a flat spot in the road and need to get back on track to making improvements.
One-on-one training is a great opportunity to work with an experienced trainer and to gain the knowledge needed to carry out your own workout program and improve your lifestyle. Sessions will be based on individual experience and fitness level.
Working out with a group of 2-3 people at a time can not only be more fun, but having a group atmosphere will help keep you accountable and wanting to come back for more. Rates for group training are also reduced from the one-on-one training price.
We now also offer 30 minute sessions for those who are extremely busy or who have prior experience but want to learn how to maximize their exercise time.
