This week for Cardio + Core, Marine will be incorporating a few different stations into the workout series.
Total body workout that uses a variety of equipment including body weight. Focus on strength/toning and cardiovascular fitness. Can be adapted for all fitness levels.
Seated and standing exercises to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities for daily living
This -60 minute low impact floor exercise class is taught at a slower/moderate pace. We focus on strength, movement, flexibility and end each class with a 10-minute stretch.
Combine Spinning on one of our "Spinner" brand bike and strength using free weights, resistance bands and medicine balls.
