Total body workout that uses a variety of equipment including body weight. Focus on strength/toning and cardiovascular fitness. Can be adapted for all fitness levels.

This -60 minute low impact floor exercise class is taught at a slower/moderate pace. We focus on strength, movement, flexibility and end each class with a 10-minute stretch.

Combine spinning on one of our "Spinner" brand stationary bikes with muscle sculpting using a variety of equipment. We will transition on and off out bikes to target specific muscle groups for that extra burn. All this set to fun, upbeat music to keep you motivated.
