A 60 minute class that incorporates a step with both aerobic and strength components. A very basic step move to get the heart and lungs pumping and is alternated with light weight exercises for arms, abs and lower body work followed by a cool down stretch.  

HIIT Squad -Jodi

A 45 minute class that incorporates high intensity intervals of cardio, bodyweight, and strength exercises.

HIIT – Ellen

A 60 minute class that incorporates high intensity intervals of cardio, bodyweight, and strength exercises. Cool down stretch at the end.  

Cardio/Strength for Seniors – Ellen

This one hour workout focuses on drills and exercises to improve strength and endurance. A chair and handheld weights, tubing and exercise ball are used during the workout.

Spin & Sculpt – Kristi

This 45 minute class consists of intervals of spin to get a quick but intense cardiovascular workout in combination with strength training.
